Warranty does not apply to new feature requests, third-party service changes, or client-side issues.

6.2 Ongoing Support
We offer premium AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) that includes:

• Priority support

7.1 Code Ownership
All custom source code remains the property of TechZnanie Innovations until full payment is completed.

7.2 Proprietary IP
Internal frameworks, modules, algorithms, automation workflows, and proprietary assets remain fully owned by the company.

7.3 Branding & Trademarks
All names, visual assets, logos, trademarks, and brand identity displayed on the website belong exclusively to TechZnanie Innovations.

8.1 No Guarantee of Business Outcomes
While we follow industry best practices, TechZnanie Innovations does not guarantee:
• Revenue growth
• Lead conversions
• Market performance
• Business KPIs

Unless explicitly stated in a contract.

8.2 Third-Party Integrations
We are not responsible for issues caused by external services such as:

TechZnanie Innovations is not liable for:

• Indirect or incidental damages
